Connect it

Claude

Open Customize → Connectors and search the directory for Plate & Fork.
Choose Connect. You don't need to sign in yet.

Works on claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the Claude mobile apps. To add it by address instead, choose Add custom connector and enter the server URL below.

ChatGPT

Find Plate & Fork in ChatGPT's app directory.
Add it to your account. Signing in happens later, when you first order.

Signing in

You can browse restaurants and menus without an account. The first time you place an order, your assistant asks you to connect your Plate & Fork account, and you sign in with Google or Apple in a window it opens. You only do this once — your assistant keeps you signed in.

It's the same account you use in Plate & Fork restaurant apps, so your saved delivery addresses are already there, and one sign-in works at every restaurant. To sign out, disconnect Plate & Fork in your assistant's settings.

How ordering works

Nothing is ordered until you say so. Your assistant first shows the items, total, delivery fee and address, and places the order only after you confirm.
Pay on delivery, in cash or by card where the restaurant brings a card terminal. Your assistant never handles payment details.
Now or later. Orders go out as soon as possible unless you ask for a specific time. Each order is one delivery, so ordering for two days means two orders.
The restaurant confirms. A restaurant can decline an order, for example when an item is unavailable — ask your assistant for the status to see where it stands.

Good to know

Orders can't be changed or cancelled through your assistant. Contact the restaurant — its phone number is in the restaurant list.
There are no notifications. Ask your assistant whenever you want an update.
What you can order, and when, follows each restaurant's own hours. Prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD).

Privacy and support

Your conversation is handled by your assistant's provider — Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT — under their own terms. Plate & Fork receives only what the tools need: what you ask to browse, and at the point you order, the items, the delivery address, your notes and who is ordering. We never see the rest of your conversation.
